James MacNaughton & Sons A 12-Bore Very Best Boxlock Ejector Shotgun
A wonderful gun in stunning condition.  Made in 1938/1939 but having had little use this gun retains most of the original colour case hardening.  The action carved in relief with gun dogs and game scenes, the fence beautfilly engraved with fruited vine,  acanthus scroll engraving on the bottom plate, top lever and trigger guard.  The gun is rounded off with a well figured stock that the pictures simply do not do justice.  Well worth viewing, this gun will make a good investment for the discerning collector.

A Best 12-bore Sidelock Ejector Shotgun
This is a superb example of the craftmanship that William Powell and sons are renowned for. The gun features an action that is stunning with intricate scroll engraving and a gorgeous stock with teardrop and sharp chequering. A Pair of Rare W C Scott Best Boxlock 20-bore Ejectors
A rare pair of much sought after guns. The W. C. Scott 20-bore best box-lock ejectors were made to commemorate the wedding of Prince Charles to Diana Spencer in 1981 and it is believed were given to a member of the aristocracy. The underside of the guns features the 'badge' of the three feathers and the Prince of Wales' motto 'Ich dien' (I serve ) as well as the date of the wedding itself. The quality of these guns cannot be denied, it is believed the guns were intended for a petite lady as they were made to be lighter than normal weighing in at 5lb 8ozs. Webley & Scott

A Pair of Best 12-bore Boxlock Ejector Shotguns
A pair of best boxlock ejectors made by Webley and Scott in 1968. The guns are literally as new; the actions have 100% colour case hardening, the stocks are unmarked. The actions and fences feature tight scroll and foliate engraving. The stock as mentioned are as the day they were delivered and the guns are supplied in their maker's case in simply pristine condition.

William Evans (From Purdeys) A Best Boxlock Ejector 12 Bore Shotgun
This is a best boxlock ejector by William Evans. The action features very fine scroll engraving and intecepting shears. The words "William Evans from Purdeys, London" are engraved on the action. William Evans learnt his craft working for both Purdeys and Holland & Holland before setting up his own business in 1883, rest assured this gun has history in spades and is well worth viewing. The highly figured stock is in superb condition with sharp chequering.

A William Powell 12-Bore Best Sidelock Ejector Shotgun
A stunning gun made by William Powell early in the 20th Century. The treble grip action features best bouquet and scroll engraving,The safety mechanism has a gold no.2 inlaid on it. E J Churchill An E.J. Churchill 'Utility XXV' 12-Bore Boxlock Ejector Shotgun

Another classic Churchill gun in simply excellent condition throughout. The actionbody retains original colour case hardening and features best bouquet and scroll engraving. Gun supplied in maker's case with with accessories.

E J Churchill A 12-Bore 'Imperial' Sidelock Ejector by E J Churchill
An exceptionally well-kept gun, this superb sidelock by E.J. Churchill is in almost showroom condition. The bore-thicknesses and barrel measurements are simply excellent (.728 x .728 and .30 x .31) and show the hallmarks of a little-used gun. The action is profusely engraved with bold acanthus and features a gold inlaid crown on the bottom plate. The gun is rounded off with a well-figured 14¾" stock and is supplied in the maker's motor case with accessories. You will struggle to find a gun of this vintage in such an excellent condition.

James Purdey and Sons A Best Sidelock Ejector by James Purdey and Sons
An exceptional gun made in 1967 by James Purdey and Sons. This gun features superb engraving throughout by the highly regarded Ken Hunt. Engraved on the left hand lock is a partridge in flight, there are pheasants in a woodland scene on the right lock and woodcok on the bottom plate. Rowland Watson A Finest Quality Boxlock Ejector by Rowland Watson
A super gun featuring very fine scroll engraving throughout and a highly figured, sharply chequered stock with teardrop and gold oval. The pictures barely do this gun justice and it really needs to be seen. The action-body retains 90% original colour case hardening and the gun has seen very little use. The barrels feature rare pyramid engraving on the breach. The gun was made in the early 60's and has very good measurements and barrel thicknesses.

E. J. Churchill & Sons A Rare and Unique trio of E. J. Churchill 12-bore Boxlock Ejectors

John Wilkes A John Wilkes 12-Bore Boxlock Ejector
A very nice gun, this is a John Wilkes boxlock ejector. It has 30" barrels with rib engraved "John Wilkes 31 Gerrard Street London W". The treble grip action features border and scroll engraving that retains traces of original colour-case hardening and a well-figured stock. The gun will be supplied in it's maker's case with full John Wilkes gold washed accessories.

Charles Hellis & Sons A 12-Bore Single Selective Trigger Sidelock Ejector
This is a highly desirable gun by a London maker. It has full choke in both barrels and has a William Baker single selective trigger and T. Page Wood's patent cleft top lever. The action is adorned with best bold engraving and feathered border retaining some colour case hardening. The highly-figured stock featuring treble-grip action and ¼" ebonite extension. This is an investment worth considering for someone wanting a gun from a London maker without the expense of a Purdey or a Holland and Holland. Well worth a viewing.

Joseph Braddell & Sons A 12-Bore Best Boxlock Ejector by Joseph Braddell & Sons
This is a very high quality gun made by Joseph Braddell and Sons of Belfast. It features a very highly figured walnut stock that is truly not done justice by the limitations of digital cameras - we highly recommend viewing this gun, an absolute beauty. The action feaures best scroll engraving and has intercepting shears and the Anson and Deeley patented dolls-head extension (as can be seen in the pictures). The measurements and barrel thicknesses are very good. The gun will be supplied in the maker's leather case with accessories - well worth a viewing.
W. Richards of Liverpool A 12-Bore Sidelock Ejector
A nice sidelock ejector by W. Richards of Liverpool, a gunmaker of some renown having been established in 1780 and the company still operating to the present day. The gun features a highly figured walnut stock with border engraving and retaining original colour case hardening. The gun was re-barrelled by Atkin, Grant & Lang in 1961 and measures 730 in both barrels and 32 thou barrel thickness which means that the barrels are virtually as new, has had very little use and is in excellent condition. It is supplied in its maker's leather case with accessories. Well worth a look this gun is in very good condition.
James Purdey & Sons A J Purdey and Sons Best Self Opening Sidelock 12-Bore Shotgun
A classic J Purdey shotgun in excellent condition for it's age. This gun features best Purdey bouquet and scroll engraving on an action that still retains much of it's original colour case hardening. It has recently been fitted with new 28" monoblock game barrels and so has as new barrel thickness and bore measurements. The stock is a very nice highly figured example with fine, sharp chequering, teardrop and a gold oval. The gun will be supplied in a superb makers' oak and leather case with Purdey, oil bottle, snapcaps, cleaning rod and accessories. All exuding Purdey qualitiy at a very reasonable price.

Vickers Ltd A Best Sidelock Ejector 16 Bore Presentation Shotgun by Vickers Ltd
A best sidelock ejector 16-bore presentation shotgun by Vickers Ltd.  This gun is a very rare ‘imperial’ model and is in super condition.  It was presented by Vickers (later Vickers and Armstrong) to a supplier of wood as a token of appreciation - they must have been very pleased! S Entwistle A Fine 12-Bore Boxlock Ejector
A very nice gun made by S. Entwistle. This gun is quite light to carry weighing just over six pounds. The action features bold scroll engraving in the style of Holland and Holland. The fences are engraved with stylised oak leaves on a matt background. The stock is highly figured and the barrels feature a game rib.
J. Dickson and Son of Edinburgh A Superb Pair of 12-Bore Sidelock Ejector Shotguns
A superb pair of 12-bore sidelock ejectors made by J. Dickson and Son of Edinburgh. A tour-de-force of craftmanship these guns feature superb acanthus engraving on a matt background throughout the action, fences and furniture. The engraving was performed by the great Jack Sumner. Superbly figured stocks round off these guns - viewing recommended - a serious investment.
